Teena Poirier, Senior Manager, Marketing Solutions Group
With more than 25 years under her belt, Teena is an experienced and talented veteran of the advertising and marketing professions. She's worked at the client and agency level, both domestically and internationally, and, as a result, is able to look at marketing challenges and opportunities from all points of view.

As MSG's manager, Teena charges and empowers her group to work closely with clients to solve problems creatively and to identify new opportunities in an ever-changing--and ever-more-competitive--marketing landscape. Her mandate for everyone at MSG: help clients maximize the impact of their marketing communications through the creation and execution of comprehensive turnkey promotions.

Simon Beck, Special Reports Editor
Simon has been with The Globe since 1999, and has served as both its Review editor and News editor.

After studying modern languages at Oxford, Simon began his career as a journalist in the U.K. He later became the South China Morning Post of Hong Kong's news editor and, later, that paper's Washington correspondent. With his broad and varied background in reporting, Simon brings unrivalled journalistic experience, knowledge and editorial depth to his role as MSG's content editor for special reports.

Grant MacMillan, Project Manager
Grant brings wide-ranging and well-rounded experience to planning, buying, sales, new product development and strategic marketing.

Like every member of the MSG team, Grant works hard to understand individual client needs and objectives in order to deliver truly innovative solutions that enhance their brands and deliver tangible results.

Andrea D'Andrade, Project Manager
Andrea is a 13-year veteran of The Globe and Mail. She began as a sales manager with Globe Information Services, the predecessor of globeandmail.com, and eventually moved to the newspaper advertising department as an account manager.

During her tenure, Andrea has been involved with numerous media programs, including projects that involved newspaper, magazine, online and broadcast. As an MSG project manager, a role she assumed in 2004, she has spearheaded a wide variety of integrated custom publishing and promotional initiatives.

With a focus on health, technology and packaged goods, Andrea is highly skilled at helping clients meet their strategic marketing objectives.

Brian Trotter, Project Manager
Brian joined The Globe and Mail in 1997, and has successfully managed a national account base for many of the country's most demanding financial and automotive accounts. He joined MSG when it was first established in 2004, now serves clients in the areas of small business, automotive and education.

Prior to joining The Globe, Brian spent 10 years in sales for a number of national publishers, and his experience as an entrepreneur has given him a good deal of perspective into what it takes to grow a business. Like other MSG team members, Brian thrives on developing new products and cross-platform solutions that meet specific strategic objectives.

Keith Ryder, Product Manger
Keith has more than 20 years of sales and sales management experience. He's been with The Globe for eight years, where he served both agency and direct clients.

Keith joined MSG in December of 2005, and serves as MSG's product manager for the travel and leisure, real estate and domestic economic development categories. In this role, he's been able to flex his creativity for clients by helping them identify marketing objectives and developing novel solutions that effectively leverage their resources and target the consumers they most want to reach.

Before joining The Globe, Keith spent more than 15 years with companies like Sony Music Canada and Standard Broadcasting, where he was responsible for managing relationships with most of Canada's largest retailers as well as with major American and Canadian film studios and record labels.

Natalie Prior, Category Manager
Natalie has 7 years sales management experience at magazine publishers both here in Canada and in the UK, and 6 years of previous work in television sponsorship marketing and media planning. Drawing from experience in sponsorship marketing, niche and mass-reach campaign planning and providing clients with media solutions; from concept to execution, she works collaboratively with advertising partners to create effective campaigns or environments that meet their marketing objectives and provide ROI.

As the Category Manager for health, packaged goods, fashion, arts, entertainment and alcohol categories, Natalie enthusiastically presents turn-key solutions that uniquely help clients launch new products, improve brand awareness or engage their target through creative media formats.
