AdWeek, April 18, 2011Despite the fact that mobile devices have become all-purpose tools, consumers still find the shopping experience on their BlackBerries or iPhones to be frustrating. According to research by Tealeaf, consumers consider mobile shopping to be more stressful than sitting in traffic.
