Teena Poirier
DIRECTOR, CLIENT ENGAGEMENT AND GLOBE EDGE
Teena has more than 30 years experience in sales and marketing, much of which has focused on custom publishing and partnership marketing. After beginning her career at The Globe and Mail, Teena accepted a VP-level marketing and business development role with a custom publishing marketing agency, where she led an international team launching custom publications for clients that included The Los Angeles Times, Hawaii Visitors Bureau and the Hong Kong Tourism Board.
Teena returned to The Globe and Mail six years ago as a Marketing Solutions Manager, and was recently promoted to her current role.

Charlene Rooke
GROUP EDITOR, GLOBE EDGE
The leader of consumer, custom and association magazines for 20 years, Charlene has been an editor of consumer magazines like Vancouver-based Western Living and Calgary city magazine Avenue and association magazines for the Universities of Calgary and Alberta. Her last position was executive editor, luxury brands, at a leading custom content agency. She has been an editor of custom print and digital publications such as the LCBO’s Food & Drink, Air Canada’s enRoute, Fairmont Magazine, Mercedes-Benz and Experience (for Bombardier Business Aircraft). Her work has won more than 40 major custom-publishing and journalism award.
An author of guidebooks on Edmonton and Vancouver, she has written for the New York Times Magazine, Afar, Marie Clair, Marketing, Flare, FASHION, BC Business, and WestWorld.

Simon Beck
SENIOR EDITOR, GLOBE EDGE
After graduating from Oxford University, Simon began his career with the Newcastle Journal (UK) as a reporter and later became a parliamentary correspondent for Thomson Newspapers. He then went on to become a reporter, editor and U.S. correspondent for the South China Morning Post.
In 1999, Simon joined The Globe and Mail, and since 2004 has been a senior manager in Special Reports (now Globe Edge), as well as editing the Canadian University Report magazine and Globe Drive section.

Steve Tustin
EDITOR, GLOBE EDGE
Before joining The Globe and Mail, Steve was the assistant managing editor, special sections at The Toronto Star. In that role, he oversaw the creation and production of all print and online special sections and reports. He was also responsible for overseeing the automotive, travel and real estate print and digital sections. Prior to that he also served as The Star's city editor, weekend editor and sports editor.
As part of the Globe Edge, Steve assists with creating and delivering the more than 200 editorial, print and digital projects producedannually.

Ian Lederer
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, GLOBE EDGE
Prior to joining The Globe, Ian was publisher at a content publishing company, working on magazines such as Canadian Apartment Magazine, Canadian Property Management and Condo Business. In this role, Ian incorporated content sales and development across multiple platforms as well as event management for thoseproperties.
Ian also has experience as an account director with a major media communications organization that specialized in sports, where he was responsible for sales at SCOREGolf magazine, as well as sponsorship and media sales for the CanadianHockey League.

Krista Cain
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, GLOBE EDGE
Krista brings The Globe and Mail more than 10 years experience in advertising sales, having started her career as a national account manager with a large media company, where she represented such well-known brands such asCanadian Living, Coup de Pouce, Homemakers and The Hockey News.
As a senior account manager with a major Canadian publisher's digital team, Krista has spear headed multi-platform campaigns with large clients such as Microsoft, Royal Bank, Johnston and Johnston and Dairy Farmers of Canada.

Andrea D'Andrade
MANAGER, SPECIAL REPORTS & NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT, GLOBE EDGE
Andrea has been with The Globe and Mail since 1992 and has held various positions including developing and implementing a variety of custom and integrated initiatives for the Brand Partnership team.
In her new role with the Globe Edge, Andrea is responsible for the continued growth of the more than 200 special reports produced annually, and helps drive new product initiatives on behalf of the sales team.

Liz Massicotte
PROGRAM MANAGER, GLOBE EDGE
Liz began her career with The Globe and Mail in 2001 and moved to the Marketing Solutions team in 2004, where she deployed many successful integrated client programs and was also responsible for managing all production requirements for The Globe and Mail's magazine products.
Prior to joining The Globe, Liz gained experience as an account coordinator and a junior account executive. She has also completed several magazine publishing courses at Ryerson, and recently completed the Rudkins' Project Management certification program.

Linda Hoefler
DISTRIBUTION ALLIANCES MANAGER, GLOBE EDGE
During the early part of her career with The Globe and Mail, Linda held various roles of increasing responsibility before accepting a position as a general manager with a major Montreal agency. In this role, Linda gained valuable experience in business development, loyalty programs, custom publishing and digital programs.
In 2011, Linda rejoined The Globe and now manages the Globe Distribution Services division, where she is responsible for the overall sales and revenue of third-party inserts, magazines and new distribution business opportunities.

Roberto Tayas
MANAGER, WEB DESIGN, ADVERTISING
Before joining The Globe, Roberto was a designer at Toronto.com where he worked on interactive features, client microsites and brand ads.
As part of Globe Edge, Roberto creates digital concepts and products for integrated campaigns.

Frank Perito
CREATIVE ASSOCIATE
Frank is an art director and graphic designer within The Globe and Mail's Marketing Services department.
He joined the Globe and Mail 13 years ago as a student directly out of college, and now specializes in a portfolio of editorial publications (such as the Real Estate Collection, All the Best for the Home, All the Best for the Holidays, and Sunnybrook magazine) that excel in visual storytelling.

Before joining The Globe, Keith spent more than 15 years with companies like Sony Music Canada and Standard Broadcasting, where he was responsible for managing relationships with most of Canada's largest retailers as well as with major American and Canadian film studios and record labels.

The Globe Edge team picked up 2 awards at the annual Custom Council’s Pearl Awards in New York City on November 5, 2012. We were awarded 2 bronze – one in the Integrated Business category for “UP Front” magazine for PWC, and a second in Best Web Publication, for “Business Without Borders,” which we co-curated with Canadian Business and The Economist. Just having celebrated our 1st birthday, winning 2 awards at one of North America’s premier custom content awards programs was a huge accomplishment.
Globe Edge won Gold and an Honorable Mention at the Magnum Opus Awards, considered the Oscars for the custom content publishing industry. Both prestigious accolades were awarded for the Fall 2011 issue of the Sunnybrook magazine.
